For the first stage of our project with Chococo, we produced a feasibility study. We outlined the design, costs and programme, so the senior management team could make independent decisions if necessary. We then drew up detailed designs and agreed on the plans, before delivering the project.
Outcome
Following our initial design, our team managed the project on behalf of the client. By keeping track of the daily progress and challenges, we ensured the project adhered to the budget and specifications.
