Regardless of project scope, it is critical to understand the commercial and practical gains before committing significant resources to a project.

Willett Food Projects' 100 years of food industry knowledge has given us insight into costs, time and processes involved in completing a food factory specific project. This enables us to deliver a feasibility report in a quicker and more cost effective manner than other consultants.

  • Process capacity information to identify proposal bottle necks
  • Process flow chart of all products, people, waste and goods In/Out within any given process
  • Layout design options
  • Total costs for each option
  • Project plan for each option
  • Recommendations going forward

Willett Food Projects' feasibility reports have helped many projects of all sizes to get off the ground. They provide starting point for any senior manager to present to shareholders, board members and/or investors of their intended plans.

Some clients have used our feasibility studies as a sanity check on their own project proposals. In some cases the projects are multi million pound proposals and an independent check of the proposals gives the project team confidence in their plans.

Whatever the size or scope of the project Willett Food Projects are confident that a feasibility study will give you and your team confidence that the solution identified will work on delivery.
