Josh Morgan

Construction Manager

Josh brings a varied professional background to Willett Food Projects, having worked across supermarket management, the prison service and education. His previous roles have included working as an instructional officer and offender behaviour programmes facilitator, as well as leading on pastoral care, welfare and management within the education sector.

At Willett, Josh combines this people-focused experience with his health and safety expertise. He enjoys getting to see ‘behind the curtain’ of large-scale food production and being part of the team engineering solutions that turn clients’ ideas into operational facilities.

Josh has a particular interest in removing the stigma sometimes associated with health and safety, making it more relevant and relatable to people’s everyday experiences. He holds a BA in Medieval Military History, the NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH Construction, SMSTS and is a qualified NVQ assessor. Outside of work, his interests include world history, current affairs, sport and good coffee.
