Courtney Jones

Project Engineer

Courtney brings experience in engineering and project coordination, having previously worked as a Project Engineer on commercial generator installations and as a Project Controls Coordinator within the vertical farming industry.

Having also studied engineering for two years at college, Courtney has a strong technical background and experience across project delivery, contractor coordination, and supporting design and installation activities. This provides a solid foundation for supporting the feasibility, design, development and construction of food manufacturing facilities.

Combining technical knowledge with a practical approach to project delivery, Courtney helps develop food production facilities that are safe, efficient and fit for purpose.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys looking after and riding their horse, taking on various arts and crafts projects, and spending time with friends and family.
